Reservations:

Please refer to our availability calendar to determine whether the unit is available for your intended dates.

To make reservations, or to obtain further information, please email puravidatofino@gmail.com and provide your full name, phone number, and requested reservation dates.

 

Payment may be made by Visa card or by cheque drawn on a Canadian account.

Payment Terms:

A deposit of 50% of the rental amount, plus 5% GST, is payable at the time of booking.
The balance of the rental amount, plus a $250 damage deposit, is payable prior to arrival.

Cancellation policy:

There is a 30-day cancellation policy. Cancellations made more than 30 days prior to arrival will be charged a $50 cancellation fee. Cancellations between 7 and 30 days prior to arrival will be charged a cancellation fee equal to the full deposit amount. Cancellations within 7 days of arrival will be charged in full.

Pets and Smokers

Pets not permitted in the unit.
This is a non-smoking unit

Maximum Occupancy

This unit will accommodate a maximum of six adults.
There is parking for two vehicles only.

Check-in/Check-out

Check-in time is 4:00pm.
Check-out time is 10:00 am.
